Constant slow institutional decaying and
deteriorating is persistent in India along with increasing
brain drain since, the 19th century. Thinking, writing and reading is always a stronger influence on mind, than, violence as it is said - pen is mightier than the sword. Balanced academic structure, campus freedom & security should be the most important factors of the educational institutions. Answering the expanding commercialization of knowledge should be one of the prime focuses of the major heads like UGC, MHRD and the National Knowledge Commission etc. India’s neglect of an advanced fringeless knowledge environment is a deep concern for the future of the young minds. The education system and its laid back updates are shameful, while the government is works on projects like Digital India. Prolonged delay faced in the process of admissions, appointments followed by interviews and selection of students, teachers and other officials, Delay in examination and result declarations at every level are few reasons that are capable of destroying enthusiastic young, creative and active minds. The trend of Aspiring student moving Overseas for education is not always driven by better income status or foreign degrees but satisfying experience of learning, Researching, and proper exposure, relative flawless flexible facility, campus independence ,clean surroundings, timely exercise of official labor, less of undesired political involvement, leaving aside the prejudice and discrimination, are few attractions of the outgoing students. It is always easy to work in a friendly and peaceful atmosphere .the system has created a maze every step. Despite rigorous attempts of slashing down young spirits, students have the power to put an end to unnecessary campus codes. Ignorance leads to slow destruction, thus, Look around and raise your voice.
